Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Information Technology, technical recruiting or IT staffing.
Experience sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in technical positions such as software developers, engineers, data analysts, and project managers.
Technically qualify skills and experience of candidates by interviewing and performing technical screenings.
Evaluate candidate fit and ability for particular positions.
Strong understanding of various recruiting tools and techniques, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media recruiting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
